Shipping & Returns
Our goal is to have your Axom apparel shipped within 36 hours of placing your order! Immediately after you complete your purchase at Axom Performance, your order is sent to our warehouse and packaged with great care. Rigs and Equipment typically require 7 to 10 business days to customize, palletize and ship.
Our goal is to make the purchase experience exceed any and all expectations. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any unused products for a replacement or refund within 15 days of receipt, subject to the following exceptions: refunds are issued 2-3 business days.
To return your items:
Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you see you need to return your items. Please specify whether you want a replacement or refund.
Returning Damaged / Defective Items
In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team.
If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to returned for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.
What the Return Process Usually Entails
1. Email Customer Support with the following information: Product ordered, order number, total price paid, problem with order, email address, shipping address, and contact phone.
2. Include a copy of your email in your returning package along with your returning items.
